Patient 1
This is 28 years old patient wanted breast augmentation. She is 5 ft 3 inches tall and weighs 115 lbs. There is also slight breast level asymmetry. Right breast is positioned slightly lower than her left breast.
She had subglandular placement of 325 cc silicone gel implants via breast crease incisions.
After surgery photos show her result at 16 months after her surgery. Note that all aesthetic features of breasts have been enhanced and their natural appearance has been preserved.

Patient 2
This is a 37-year-old girl. She is 5 ft 6 inches tall and weighs 140 lbs.
Her photos before her surgery show that her breast size is consistent with 34 A bra cup. Her breasts are too small for her body frame. Patient requested to have a breast size that would NATURALLY COMPLIMENT her body.
400 cc silicone gel, moderate plus profile implants were placed behind her breasts. Breast crease incisions were used for her breast augmentation. After surgery photos show her result at eight months after her surgery.
She has achieved 34 full C cup sized breasts and a breast fullness and shape that now compliments her body, as it should.

Patient 3
This is patient in her 20 s. She is 5 ft and 1 inch tall and weighs 115 lbs. She desired subtle, natural fulness of her breasts. Her goal was achieved by using 275 cc silicone smooth gel implant. Implants were placed in front of muscles and behind her breasts (our placement method of choice).
Breast crease incision was used for her augmentation.
Patient was completely satisfied since her desired image for her body had been achieved.

Patient 7
Patient is in her early 40s. She had breast size asymmetry and fullness of axillary rolls. Breast augmentation was done with subglandular placement of 350 cc implants on her smaller side and 300 cc implants on her larger side. Silicone gel implants of moderate profile were used. Fatty deposits near armpits were treated by their liposuction.

Patient 9
These are frontal and profile views of a patient who wished to have a natural outcome from her breast augmentation surgery. 400 cc silicone gel implants were placed in front of her muscles. Operation was done from incisions in her breast creases. Notice natural appearance of breasts. This is only possible with subglandular placement of implants. Subglandular placement also gives a more natural cleavage to breasts.

Patient 10
Breast shape is slightly tubular. Her breasts also lack fullness in their upper pole. Goal of this augmentation is to correct this condition and achieve a fuller size. 350 cc silicone gel implant were placed. Crease incision was used for placement of implant. Implant is placed in front of muscle to give better projection, that is not blunted by muscle compression of implants.
