Shows breast sagging in this patient. Notice that her nipples are below her breast crease. Breast skin is stretched. She experienced these changes as result of her pregnancies.	Shows improvement achieved with mastopexy. Her breast tissues were compacted into a higher and tighter skin envelope of her breast skin. This gave her a more youthful, tighter and compact look.
