Shows patient with sagging of skin of face and neck. Jaw line is obscured because of loose skin of face and neck. Platysma muscle, which is closely attached to skin is also sagging causing appearance of Platysma bands.	Face and Neck lift was done to define facial profile, neck line and jawline. Scar, which runs in front of her ear is barely visible. Platysma muscle was also repositioned and tightened to enhance neck contour.

She had endoscopic forehead lift along with facelift, neck lift and upper and lower eyelid plasty. A chin implant was used to improve facial profile and balance.
