PHOTO 1, 2, 3 are frontal, left profile, and right 45 degree profile views of patient’s face prior to her rhinoplasty. Patient wanted a natural change. She was bothered by the fact that her nose lacked finesse and delicacy. She had a small hump on her nasal bridge. Nose was wide. There was slight droop at her nasal tip.	PHOTO 1 after, 2 after and 3 after show her improvement with rhinoplasty. Closed rhinoplasty was done. Nasal hump was rasped to improve nasal bridge. Width of her nose was reduced. Tip of her nose was slightly raised and rotated. This resulted in natural but definite enhancement of her nose and face.


This is a patient in her mid 20s who presented for nasal enhancement. Her nose is too bulky for her face. There is a hump on her nasal bridge. Nasal tip droops. She has a hanging columella, meaning that septum of nose extends beyond her nostrils. Nose is also too wide.	Nose has been refined and cosmetically improved. Nasal hump has been eliminated. Bridge of nose has been reshaped and now it has a sculptured look with a pleasant slope. Nose has been narrowed. Tip of nose has been elevated and gently rotated to enhance elegance of her nose. Columella no longer droops beyond her nostrils and it has a nice shape. Nose has been narrowed. This patient also had a liposuction of neck and a chin enlargement. This has further improved her profile and given he a nicer neck line and profile.

This patient is in her early 20s. Her nose lacks definition. Nasal bridge is heavy. Nasal tip is pushed down and nose is too wide.	Bridge of nose has been modified to better suit delicacy of her face. Nose has been narrowed and nasal tip has been gently elevated.

Patient has a hump on her nasal bridge and it makes nose look bulky. Tip of nose is slanting downwards.	Nasal bridge has been enhanced and it has been given a gentle curve. Nasal tip has been given a slight lift and rotation to make her nose look more feminine.

Nose is too large and bulky for this patient's face. The bridge of this nose is very heavy, and has a hump. Nasal tip is too bulky and it lacks delicacy.	Entire nose has been modified to conform to her face. Nasal bridge has been sculpted and its excess has been removed. Nasal tip structures have been modified and reshaped to make nasal tip more delicate. Nose has been narrowed. Now not only it conforms to rest of her facial features, but also enhances them.

Please note relative bulkiness of structures of her entire nose. There is heavy and prominent bridge hump made out of excess bone and cartilage. Nasal tip has heavy cartilages giving entire nose a thick heavy look.	Please note that nose is no longer bulky and heavy and it fits with rest of facial features. Nasal bridge has been lowered and hump has been removed. Nasal tip is no longer heavy and has a delicate look. Also nasal tip has been gently lifted. Nose has been narrowed.

Nose is too wide and its bridge lacks projection.	Nose was narrowed by moving nasal bones towards the center of nose. This also added additional height to nose. Nostrils were narrowed to reduce their flared look.

This patient has a very high nasal bridge. There is also a nasal hump. High nasal bridge extends from forehead to nasal tip tending to lift the nose away from her face.	The height of nasal bridge has been reduced. Nasal hump has been removed and bridge has been given a gentle curve. Nasal tip has been modified to make it softer and more feminine. Nose has been slightly shortened to make it more balanced with rest of her facial features.

Patient has a nasal bridge hump and nose is too wide.	Nasal bridge has been modified. It has been lowered. The hump has been removed. Entire facial profile now looks more balanced.
