| This shows patient, prior to having her buttock and thigh lift. There is marked skin and soft tissue excess all over her thighs. Patient had lost considerable weight. Notice indentations and skin grooves on her thighs from excess tissues. | Buttock and outer thigh lift was done through back and flank incisions to remove redundancy, and lift outer thighs and buttocks. Tissue excess of front and inner thighs was removed via surgical incisions on the front and inside of thighs. Fatty removal from outer thighs was done with liposuction. Notice the reduction in size and improved shape of her thighs. Excess skin from abdomen was removed at same time giving a flatter and contoured look to her abdomen. |
