Before surgery photo of patient, with gynecomastia, caused by deposits of fat and breast tissue on his chest wall.	Shows result obtained after gynecomastia surgery. Fat was removed with ultrasonic assisted liposuction. Breast tissue was surgically removed.

Shows improvement achieved with gynecomastia surgery. Fatty deposits were removed with ultrasonic assisted liposuction. Breast tissue was surgically removed to achieve this final result.
