Depending on what the patient desires, the fullness can be achieved at the corners, in the middle or along the length of the lip. Both upper and lower lips can be done at the same time.
AlloDerm grafts may be inserted into deep lines of face and furrows to soften the appearance. Often the procedure is done under local anesthesia with minimal discomfort.
