Description:This patient is in her late 30s. She had one child through a natural delivery. She did not like the laxity of the lower abdomen. She had some diastasis (seperation of the abdominal muscles). A tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen and flank was done to tighten up the abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin from the abdomen. This was done at the same time as her breast operation which meant after 6-8 weeks she was fully recovered from both surgeries.
