Procedure Information

Patient has age related atrophy of skin and soft tissues of her thighs and buttocks. There is loss of subcutaneous fat and tissue elasticity has diminished. This is causing puckering of skin on the surface of upper thighs and buttocks. Buttocks have started to sag. This is also visible on side profile photos.

Buttock and outer thigh lifts were done.

After surgery photos show how entire buttock and thigh features have been improved.  Photos from back show that entire buttock fullness has been lifted. Skin puckering is gone. Buttock- thigh surface looks smooth and toned. Profile views show improvement on outer thighs.
