Description:These are frontal and profile views of a patient who wished to have a natural outcome from her breast augmentation surgery. 400 cc silicone gel implants were placed in front of her muscles. Operation was done from incisions in her breast creases. Notice natural appearance of breasts. This is only possible with subglandular placement of implants. Subglandular placement also gives a more natural cleavage to breasts.
