Description:Breast shape is slightly tubular. Her breasts also lack fullness in their upper pole. Goal of this augmentation is to correct this condition and achieve a fuller size. 350 cc silicone gel implant were placed. Crease incision was used for placement of implant. Implant is placed in front of muscle to give better projection, that is not blunted by muscle compression of implants.
