Description:Left side images are preoperative views of breasts in this patient. There is deflation of skin envelope of breasts. This has resulted from loss of her breast tissue. There is also an indentation at breast and muscle interphase. Right side images post-operative frontal and profile views after surgery. Silicone gel implants were used. 475 cc silicone gel implants were placed in front of muscle to achieve this result.
