Description:This is a patient in her 30’s. She had lost most of her breast fullness and desired to have C-cup breasts. She did not have enough breast tissue to cover outlines of implants. For this reason implants were placed behind her muscles. Periareolar incisions were used. 360 cc saline implants were placed behind her muscles to achieve desired “CUP” size as seen in her after photos.
