Description:Patient is in her early 30’s. She is about 130 lbs and 5 ft 5” tall. She has very little breast tissue. She wanted to be large “C” to small “D’” cup after her augmentation. 390 cc saline implants were placed in submuscular location. Breast crease incisions were used in this case. Lack of tissue in front of muscle dictated choice of submuscular implants in this case.
