Description:Patient is in her early 40s. She had breast size asymmetry and fullness of axillary rolls. Breast augmentation was done with subglandular placement of 350 cc implants on her smaller side and 300 cc implants on her larger side. Silicone gel implants of moderate profile were used. Fatty deposits near armpits were treated by their liposuction.
