Before Labiaplasty: Patient has marked hypertrophy of right and left Labia Minora. It is severe enough that it blocks her vagina and interferes with normal intercourse.

After Labiaplasty: Bilateral labiaplsty was done with combination of labiaplasty techniques to reduce bulkiness, remove excess tissues and restore normal anatomical features of her vulva.
