Description:Before Labiaplasty: Patient has extreme degree of labial hanging. This caused her discomfort while walking and running. Undue friction with clothes also caused extreme irritation.
After Labiaplasty: All above issues were addressed successfully with labiaplasty. Note completely natural appearance after labiaplasty.
