Description:This patient who is in his mid 30s was in great shape and had very well-developed chest muscles. However, he also had excess fat and glandular tissues on his chest. This bothered him. This is quite typical of patients who seek gynecomastia surgery.
Surgery was done from incisions around areolar outline. Fat was removed with liposuction. Glandular tissues were removed. He had excellent outcome as seen in his after surgery photos.
