Description:This patient sought improvement of abdominal shape and size. There was stretched abdominal wall, loose abdominal skin as seen in before photos. Abdominoplasty restored abdominal wall circumference by tightening of muscles. Excess skin was removed and belly button was prepositioned. Changes are highlighted in his post-operative photos
