Description:This patient is in her 40s. She had 400cc silicone implants, placed under the muscle via an armpit incision. She had a ruptured breast implant. She underwent an explant with a breast lift.
She also wanted to improve the appearance her for tummy as well. She underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks and muscle repair at the same time as her explant procedure.
