Breast Enlargement Remains most Popular Plastic Surgery Procedure
The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has recently released its annual Plastic Surgery Procedural Statistics Report – a yearly report detailing trends in cosmetic procedures. Similar to results from 2013, breast augmentation was the most popular procedure in 2014, with just over 286,250 surgeries performed.
It should be noted that this and all reports from the ASPS only include data from board-certified plastic surgeons like Dr. Vasdev Rai. It is possible that additional breast enlargement procedures were performed by surgeons who lack the credentials and training to be included in the report.
