This patient was in her late teens when she sought rhinoplasty. Her most concern was with her nasal bridge, which was too heavy for her face and lacked definition.
Gentle slope of bridge was achieved while reducing its profile. New nose has improved balance with her face. Closed rhinoplasty technique was used.
