Dr Rai received his training in Plastic Surgery at New York Hospital of Cornell University Medical Center. This is one of the premier universities in training of Plastic Surgeons. He received his certification by The American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1983. This is the only Board, which is recognized to give specialty certification in cosmetic surgery of face, breasts, abdomen and Body.
