Here at Cosmetic Surgical Center we feel it is important to offer complimentary consultations. This allows for an increase in patient education and offers guidance to prospective cosmetic patients.
Because each individual is unique, it is preferred that you come in for a Personal Office Consultation with Dr. Rai. However, we offer a few other options:
Telephone consultation – Contact our office to schedule a time to speak to our Surgical Consultant. Our consultant will spend time discussing procedures that are of interest to you and answering all of your questions. On select procedures, ranges of cost are provided as well.
Email consultation - For our out-of-town patients, we offer consultations via email. Simply email your photos with a detailed description of your desires and goals. Dr. Rai reviews the photos and the Surgical Consultant will respond via email with the doctor’s recommendations plus pricing. After booking, the Surgical Consultant will communicate with you regularly, confirming that you are fully prepared for your surgery day. **Patients are required to schedule their personal consultation/preoperative appointment no later than 24hrs prior to their scheduled surgery time.
Personal office consultation- This is the preferred consultation to determine what procedure will be best to fulfill your goals. During your office consultation, you will meet with cosmetic surgeon in Dallas, Dr. Rai, personally, for a majority of the visit. He listens to your goals, makes recommendations, and answers all questions. You will spend approximately 45 minutes with Dr. Rai, review photos, and receive your formal price quote at this time.
What to Expect the Day You Arrive for Your Consultation
We are conveniently located in professional building C of Medical City Hospital. Click here to download patient forms and bring the completed forms with you or you may arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your paperwork. Once the forms have been completed Dr. Rai’s assistant will accompany you to your exam room where she will ask several general questions to determine the reason for your visit. Dr. Rai will come in and begin by asking you to discuss your concerns and desires. After his examination, he discusses surgical options, explains procedures, and then offers his recommendations. You will then be asked to dress and meet in the consultation room. Here you have the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Rai and view pre- and post-operative photos. You may ask any residual questions at that time. After consulting with Dr. Rai, our patient coordinator will speak to you, privately, regarding procedure costs. She also coordinates Dr. Rai’s surgery schedule and would be happy to check his availability if you are ready to reserve your surgery date.
