Patient 31
This is a patient in her 50s. She presented to us for Breast Reduction. She is 5ft 8 inches tall and weighs 140 lbs.
Before surgery photos show that her breasts were too large and heavy for her body frame. She also had excess breast tissue and skin folds in her armpits. Her left breast was larger than her right breast.
Her surgery consisted of reducing her breasts and excising excess tissues and skin from her armpits. 483 grams of breast was removed from her left breast. 468 grams of breast was removed from her right breast. Skin rolls and breast tissue from armpit area were excised.
16 grams of tissue was removed from left armpit and 38 grams was removed from her right armpit.
Post-surgery photos show her result at 4 months after surgery. Her breasts are now proportionate to her body, look shapely and youthful. Armpit skin rolls have been eliminated.

Patient 32
This is 28 years old patient wanted breast augmentation. She is 5 ft 3 inches tall and weighs 115 lbs. There is also slight breast level asymmetry. Right breast is positioned slightly lower than her left breast.
She had subglandular placement of 325 cc silicone gel implants via breast crease incisions.
After surgery photos show her result at 16 months after her surgery. Note that all aesthetic features of breasts have been enhanced and their natural appearance has been preserved.

Patient 34
The patient had submuscular implants at her previous surgery. She was not happy with her outcome for following reasons:
Her breasts lacked cleavage, they had a plastered look and they lacked natural float effect of an aesthetic breast. Her strong muscles had her implants compressed and flattened against her rib cage. Implants also sat high and above her natural breasts.
Replacement of implants in subglandular space corrected all her reservations. Her new enhanced and natural appearance is evident in her post-operative photographs. Her cleavage, an important feature of all beautiful breasts has been restored.

This is a patient in her late 30s who was a GGG/H cup. She wanted to be more proportional after a breast reduction. She was also having issues with back pain, neck pain, shoulder strap grooving, and rashes under her breasts. She underwent a breast reduction with significant improvement in her symptoms. Her photos before her surgery show that her breast size is consistent with 34 A bra cup. Her breasts are too small for her body frame. Patient requested to have a breast size that would NATURALLY COMPLIMENT her body.
400 cc silicone gel, moderate plus profile implants were placed behind her breasts. Breast crease incisions were used for her breast augmentation. After surgery photos show her result at eight months after her surgery.
She has achieved 34 full C cup sized breasts and a breast fullness and shape that now compliments her body, as it should.

Patient 39
This is patient in her 20 s. She is 5 ft and 1 inch tall and weighs 115 lbs. She desired subtle, natural fulness of her breasts. Her goal was achieved by using 275 cc silicone smooth gel implant. Implants were placed in front of muscles and behind her breasts (our placement method of choice).
Breast crease incision was used for her augmentation.
Patient was completely satisfied since her desired image for her body had been achieved.
