Left side images are front and profile views of a patient who desired breast augmentation and natural appearance for her breasts. Right side images are frontal and profile views showing post-operative appearance. 450 cc silicone gel implants were placed in front of her muscles. This placement is where nature intended female breast to exist. After all natural breasts are in front of muscle.

There is also an indentation at breast and muscle interphase. Right side images post-operative frontal and profile views after surgery. Silicone gel implants were used. 475 cc silicone gel implants were placed in front of muscle to achieve this result.

Breasts have lost fullness. Patient wanted to have a natural restoration without going too large in size of her breasts. 300 cc silicone gel implants were made. Implants are in subglandular location. Implants were placed through breast crease incisions.
